Who Are We Looking For?
This program is for all who identify as women, including cisgender women, transgender women, and gender-diverse individuals who identify with womanhood. We respectfully ask that men, including trans men, do not apply.
We’re inviting small business owners, dynamic freelancers and consultants as well as corporate career women who are ready to move forward clearly and confidently :

We accept applications from women, wherever they may be located. With two program facilitators based in Malaysia and Australia, the timing for the live workshops has been optimised but may not suit everyone. Workshop sessions are recorded and available for a limited time for those who may not be able to attend a workshop session.

What Happens After the Program?
The work and connection don’t need to end after these four weeks. You can choose to retain ongoing or ad hoc guidance from the workshop facilitators. And you can maintain your connection with the rest of the alumni. You will also be able to access private videos and articles that are shared as part of the program.

Voice Warm Up. Start with reflection, journaling and goal-setting to ground yourself in your intention.
Week 1 — Visibility Reframed
Shift your mindset around being seen. Visibility isn’t bragging — it’s owning your space and standing in your power.
Week 2 — Confidence Toolkit
Learn how to tell your story online in a way that feels natural and powerful.
Week 3 — Visibility Rhythm
Build a content roadmap you can actually stick to. Use AI to support your voice, not replace it.
Week 4 — Our Celebration Circle
“Before and after” reflections and personal breakthroughs.
Post Work
Finalise your personal visibility rhythm and action plans.
What You Need to Participate
Desktop/laptop with camera and microphone is required for video-conferencing for all sessions (instead of mobile or tablet)
Word processing tools such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs (free alternatives can be shared if this is required)
Stable internet connection
2026 Program
The 2026 program runs twice this year. Cohort 1 will run from 8 April - 1 May 2026. Cohort 2 will run in the second half and most likely in September.
The program consists of weekly sessions: - Wednesdays (90 minute live online workshop) - Fridays (90 minute accountability check-in) * - Fridays (assignment submission deadline)

Can I join if I have a full-time job or run a business?
Yes — the time commitment is manageable and the program is designed for busy women. The program is held twice a week (one 90-minute live workshop plus another 90-minute accountability check-in).
I’ve tried to show up online before but I gave up. What if I fail again?
Perhaps you’re worried that this may bring about just another "motivation high" that fades. But this program is built on a foundation of clear goals, practical tips, and sustainable habits developed within a safe and supportive environment where you’ll be able to lean on coaches who have done this work for years.
What’s the weekly time commitment?
You’ll need 3 hours per week:
1 live online workshop session (90 minutes)
1 live online mid-week accountability check-in (90 minutes)
There's optional pre-work to "warm up" your voice prior, and a post-program plan to keep you going
Is this worth it if I’m not selling anything (yet)?
Visibility is about showing up with authenticity and credibility — which supports career pivots, leadership roles, and future ventures. It’s an investment in your presence and personal brand, not just promotion.
Do I need to be on social media to benefit?
No — the core focus of this program is your message, it’s not about a specific platform. Whether it’s your website, LinkedIn, newsletter, or even internal team updates, visibility applies across many spaces.
I’m introverted and private — will this program force me to overshare?
Visibility is not about sharing everything. It’s about sharing meaningfully — on your own terms. This program helps you define what feels right for you.
I'm nervous about being judged online. How do I handle that?
It’s understandable to feel nervous and have these fears. This program builds your emotional readiness, reframes how to approach visibility, and offers the comfort of peer-to-peer support.
I already have a lot going on in my life. Will this add to my stress?
We understand that you most likely have a busy life. This is why the program is designed in a bite-sized format, provides gentle structure, lots of tools and resources. This is not about providing more “to-do’s” — it is about reducing mental load and aiding clarity.
